You will share this beautiful townhome with just myself. This home is peaceful, quiet, and safe with great energy!! The entry through the front patio is yours. It is in a quiet and private gated community in a very convenient location close to everything, shops, bars, parks, gyms, golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores and it is w/i one mile of freeway access. You are employed, full time and outside of the home. Students welcome, space for your desk and chair. Males also welcome. Kitchen use must be extremely light a I am a personal chef and need use and cleanliness for clients. I am ok with a small fridge inside of your space but I do provide room in the fridge as well as the pantry. Washer and dryer inside of the home. Everything is included except for a monthly housekeeper, for which I ask you to chip in $60. Room is ready tomorrow, March 1rst, but I am willing to wait a bit for the right person. Deposit of $1000. is required.
No smokers and no pets as I have one small calico who keeps to herself or me:)
This room is for one person only and, while the lease is month to month, it is ideal if you plan on staying 6+ months!
