Anne K S - $1,500/month

Born and raised in Germany, been living in Berlin until 2019 then moved out to the US. I just recently moved to Miami and look for something more permanent. Getting tired of AirBnb hopping. ;)
I'm a European Citizen and getting a Visa here is kind of hard at the moment (Covid made them not work on any visa applications) Therefore do I need a place that doesn't require a SSN.
I work mainly online and from home (3-5hrs/day)...and then I need to meet clients in the afternoon and evenings.
I'm a very outgoing and well travelled person, love getting to know people and socialize but also enjoy time to myself and give myself a treat.
I'm not a party person but I do love to dine out or have a few drinks in a nice bar.
I have a max of $1500 a month that I would spend on an apartment but would prefer it to be less.
