Roommate wanted February through May, private bed and bath

I'm looking for a roommate for 4 months (earliest January 20th - May 20th). It's a super nice complex in mid town, easy access to I-45 and I-10, lots of restaurants, parks, and nightlife. It's truly in the heart of the inner loop which makes it super easy to get anywhere in the city fast. Amenities include A/C, in unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, electricity, a (really) nice gym and 2 pools. Rent is $900 including utilities, gated garage parking and round the clock security.

My current roommate is leaving Houston for work so we're looking for someone to sublet her part of the least until it's up at the end of May. I'm a young professional, super friendly and easy going. I have 1 very friendly cuddly dog (25 lbs). I'm laid back but like to keep the kitchen and shared spaces neat and clean.
