Are you looking for roommates, but want to have your own lease and access to incredible amenities like weekly events, hot tub, coworking space, and more? Then this may be the right community for you.

We are interviewing professionals, creatives, non profit workers, educators, and other like minded people to live in our intentional community. We are hopeful to find a diverse group of people to come together. We are gay an d lesbian friendly, 420 friendly (outside), and pet friendly.

Here is a little more:
-We are located between Koreatown and Hancock Park.
-Leases are for each room: 3 sizes available and prices are: $1075, $1125, and $1350 (It’s a large building that is currently being renovated to create a coliving experience).
-3 rooms will share a common kitchen and bathroom
-Amenities include: gym, outdoor living, BBQ, Hot Tub, movie room, workspace, and weekly cleaning for all common areas.
-Events will be hosted weekly, and will include: movie nights, bar hopping, outdoor adventures, Yoga/ Meditation sessions, and more (Obviously once Covid begins to subside).

About me:
I am the community director here, and I am a gay male. I work in education and have a PhD with a focus on social justice. I love college football, travel, yoga, hiking, occasional nights out, and board game nights.
