Ello there! I’ve lived in LA for a total of about 5yrs now with a small break in between (the pani can’t forget her). During my time here I’ve had to constantly move into my fair share of different apartments, until I found this one — this space is truly a gem. Its very centrally located with multiple coffee shops walking distance, tree filled neighborhoods, a park on the SAME block, Target, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Ulta you name it! Literally a dream. Bowie (my dog aka my son) and I are very eager to find someone who will add to the magic. Ideally looking for a roommate who not only takes the 2nd room/bathroom but is also looking to foster a friendship. I believe a shared living space is most enjoyed when those living in it both feel at home. Watching shows together, cooking, unwinding (smoking weed inside is totally fine by me just no cigs pls). I am very very clean/organized when it comes to the common areas! I deep clean the apartment every 2 weeks or so and have a great time doing it lol.

I work from home as my day job, after about 2-3pm I usually step up for a bit to run errands and/or write and produce my own projects. No surprise, I am an Actor/Writer/Producer haha. So binging tv shows/movies is one of my absolute favorite pastimes. Also being outside in nature, going on hikes and day trips to the beach! Finding yummy restaurants/cute coffee shops is one of my specialties.

PS. the room is incredibly spacious, my current roommate just has A LOT of stuff inside and interesting set up, but believe me space is great.
