I no longer smoke weed but the condo is marijuana friendly. No smoking tobacco in the condo or complex but nicotine pens are fine. I've lived here four a little over 2 years, it has a shared bathroom. My Dog is a Husky/Shephard so there will be shedding often but I make sure to take care of it, he's a rescue and a very good boy would never hurt anyone. I've had him for around 5 years and he means everything to me. The room aleardy has a queen size Casper bed and has a small dressing plus a few other things.
Power/Internet/all emmenities included in rent. On site laundry, small work out room, heated pool and jacuzzi. No parties or people coming over without speaking to me about it first. While it is marijuana friendly I personally don't smoke anymore but have no problem with you smoking.
