The house has a washer/dryer, a nice yard, and two free parking spots for compact cars. Rent is $1300 plus utilities per room. Looking for a 1 year lease commitment. Couples are welcome to rent both rooms (one as the bedroom and one as an office).
Must love dogs as I have a 1 year old Bernedoodle named Rocket!
