Large Sunny room in 4 bedroom duplex. 950$ gas, electricity and wireless are included. The room is 15'x13' it has 2 closets, there is also a side room 6'x10' in 4 bedroom duplex in a brownstone, Three large windows face the street. There is a lot of light and a small closet in the side room ( It does fit a full size bed). It is a nice space. There is however no common space in the house and only 1 bathroom for 4 people, a small kitchen and a small storage space. Currently, 2 Black women and 1East Asian man share the space everyone is over 35 artist/ actor/writer. We're looking for the best fit, someone quiet and clean. We are lgbtq friendly. We only have space for one more person. Also no pets. An exterminator comes once a month.
We are 4 stops into Brooklyn on the A train ( Nostrand Ave) and a 10-12 minute walk from the train station. There are a lot of great food places, Roti, doubles, Jamaican , Chinese, southern. We are about 4 blocks from Von King Park. The pool is great in the summertime.
