My roommate and I have a 3 bedroom place and are looking for a 3rd roommate to join us. We are both busy grad and med students in our mid 20s who spend most of our downtime reading, cooking, getting outdoors, and playing soccer. We are coffee addicts, enjoy some good stand up, and like to fiddle on the guitar. We are respectful of your space and value communication as roommates. This is a great house if you are a student or if you need to do lots of work at home, because we are often studying. At the same time, feel free to have people over and play music.
We split chores and duties evenly and smoothly, and in general are pretty laid back guys. Roommate wine and beer nights do happen, as do other fun gatherings. Join us!
