I am a recent graduate from UT Austin and will be moving to NYC to start a career as a tax
professional.

My preferred lease start date would be July 1st, at 2 or 3 (flex) bedroom apartment where me and two other roommates can split the rent.
Not a clean freak but prefer to keep'em clean.
Pretty laid-back and quiet guy, but also like to be social and down to hang out at times.

On weekdays, I work both from home and at the office till late afternoon and after work, I normally go to the gym or just chill at my place.

My preferred area would be Hell's Kitchen/Midtown.
