I’m a 31 year old working professional. I own my own property management business - so I do work from home but gone a few days a week. I’m the typical Coloradan. I love all the outdoor activities. Climbing, hiking, backpacking, skiing/boarding etc. I love going to shows and nightlife stuff. Im clean and very respectful. Im super easy going. If you pay your rent on time we will never have an issue. I love hanging out at the house and hosting people on holidays and special occasions. I don’t partake in 420 activities but I don’t mind if you do. I do like having a few drinks after work and going out on the weekends. I love animals, so bring them along.
