Hey all! I’m a single, 28yo male teacher of 5+ years. I have a cat who is amazing and very friendly once he warms up to you. Beyond teaching full time, I have a part time gig as a floor manager with Kentucky Performing Arts during the evenings and weekends. When I’m not working, I can usually either be found in the kitchen crafting a meal or playing video games in my room.
During the week I get up at 6:00 and leave by 7:00 and can be home around 4:00 or 10:30-11 if I have a KPA shift. When I’m home I’m very chill. I don’t party or partake in 420 (though I am 420 friendly, the property is not) so I ask you be similar in terms of noise.
Have friends over! More the merrier! Just give me a heads up.
When it comes to rent and other costs for the apartment, everything is split down the middle. Month to month, total costs range from $900-$915 which is a great deal considering rent alone for most places is that price or more.
Let me know if you’re interested! You’ll have to apply at the Haven on Tucker itself to get your keys.
