Looking for a clean/stable roommate to occupy a semi-furnished 2 bedroom/1bath space on the cusp of Logan/Avondale neighborhoods. The apt is on the top floor of a two story red brick building which sits on a double lot private outdoor space with both front/backyard spaces. The yard is well maintained and landscaped by me personally and includes an above ground firepit section in the side yard with seating and a new gas grill on the back patio with two large dining tables for gatherings. 1 assigned secure parking space in the driveway is included with rent if you own a vehicle. There's also zone-free street parking.
