Chicago native, raised in Logan Square. I'm a mature, respectable and clean individual in my 30s. I still like going out at times but I'm also laid-back and love to chill at home. I'm a plant dad with a green thumb for the most part and have a blue beta fish that resides in the kitchen. I'm a vegetarian that loves to cook! (mostly vegan inside the house/vegetarian outside). I work in the art services field and I have a radio DJ gig once a month on Saturday. My musical tastes is mostly from the Indie/underground scene: from New Wave to Goth/Post-punk to Jazz/Trip-hop to Classical to 90s Alternative. I connect more with creatives/artisans but if you're not, that's cool - I get along with everyone.
I'm more active in the warmer months as I love to bike and swim at the lake and also very much into gardening and growing herbs/vegetables. I dig arts/crafts and make things from scratch from foods to natural household cleaners, etc..

Roommate Needed for Charming Vintage/Modern 2 Bdrm Apt.
Looking for a clean/stable roommate to occupy a semi-furnished 2 bedroom/1bath space on the cusp of Logan/Avondale neighborhoods. The apt is on the top floor of a two story red brick building which sits on a double lot private outdoor space with both front/backyard spaces. The yard is well maintained and landscaped by me personally and includes an above ground firepit section in the side yard with seating and a new gas grill on the back patio with two large dining tables for gatherings. 1 assigned secure parking space in the driveway is included with rent if you own a vehicle. There's also zone-free street parking.
Other amenities include:
- Newer HVAC system (3 yrs old)
- New eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances incl. dishwasher/microwave and a smart TV above fridge.
- There's a full iron balcony/deck off the kitchen that overlooks the backyard with a spiral staircase.
- Laundry room/pantry is connected to the kitchen with newer stackable washer/dryer and a slop sink for dirty
cleanup jobs.
- Free WI-FI/cable | Tenants only pay for gas/electric.
- Living room has a gas fireplace and newer smart TV mounted above. There's also another balcony w/sliding doors
