Hi! I'm looking for someone to replace me in a 2bed/1bath in Ridgewood. I will be out of the apartment on 2/15 and looking for someone to come in 3/1 so as to give my current roommate some transition time, though moving in a week early could be potentially negotiated if that is a must. My roommate is a late 20s marketing professional who works in Dumbo, and she is very clean, quiet, and considerate. She doesn't throw parties or have overnight guests, though an occasional guest is okay. She is used to living with my dog (who is obv leaving with me), so other dogs would be considered! Just please no smoking!

Looking for a female roommate to replace me in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Ridgewood. Lease takeover starts 3/1 with the option to renew on 5/1. Room has a private balcony (each bedroom has its own balcony so it is 100% yours!). It fits a bed, dresser, reading chair (or desk and chair) and more, with a generous closet. Building has a gym and laundry, rooftop access and parking (additional fee for a spot). Dogs considered! You’d be living with a female marketing professional in her late 20s, who is an excellent, clean, considerate roommate. Please no smoking!
