Available Room for Rent
Wanting a Roommate, perferably a guy.
For your consideration, I have a room available in a quiet house. The room is currently furnished but if you have your own furniture that is not a problem. The house is modern with central air and heat, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. You will have access to all common areas, plus the backyard.
Must have proven source of income and submit to a background/credit check, which will cost you $39 cash money when it is done.
No smoking or drugs please.
Also I have 2 cats and a dog which share the common area. They are usually very easygoing. I do not allow them in the bedrooms.
