My roommate is moving out in mid (maybe beginning) April. This is a 1 bedroom, flexed apartment. Both rooms fit a queen size bed, both have closets in the rooms, the flex wall goes all the way up, and there is still room for a small shared living space. I already have a small couch that fits perfectly in the living room, barstools for the bar, and the bathroom is fully done. The flex room is ~$1745, and the true bedroom is $1830. I'm totally fine with either room! At lease signing, we would just need 1month rent and 1month for the security deposit.
