Good morning!
Currently looking for a female roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in West Plano. Rent will range from $800-$1000 monthly depending on the move in date. I am flexible on the move in date as I will be transferring units. I already have furniture and decor so the only thing needed from you would be your bedroom furniture. I however am flexible on this so if there’s something you’d like to contribute I’m all for that!
Please note: if you don’t have pets, I don’t expect you to contribute to the monthly pet rent as that is my responsibility 100%. I am flexible to split rent that’s not exactly 50/50 if I would be able to have the larger bedroom due to the size of my pup.
I do have 1 dog that’s not friendly towards cats. He is fine with other dogs as long they are properly introduced. He will be in his kennel or my room when I am not home.
