Im looking for a roommate for a room in a 3 bedroom house. It is a house in a newly built neighborhood. The room includes a bed, closet, clothes drawers, and a washer/dryer in the house. You will also have access to community spaces like the living room, backyard, the kitchen, and a bathroom that may be shared with one other person in the future. I do have a dog but she will only be in the house periodically when Im off of work for holidays or weekends.
No smoking in the house/no drugs.
