I just moved into a penthouse in Cheesman Park and have two rooms available. It’s a genuinely cool place — double-height ceilings, exposed beams, floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed mountain and city views, dark hardwood floors, black marble fireplace, and a fully renovated kitchen. Cheesman Park is right outside.
Room 1 is a private bedroom with its own bathroom, panoramic mountain views, and a big mirrored closet with built-in drawers. Pretty separated from the rest of the unit — good if you like your own space.

Room 2 is a loft — open mezzanine with exposed beams overlooking the living room below. Private en suite bathroom, smaller closet, but if this room is taken, you get access to the much larger hallway closet

I work remotely and keep the place clean and low-key -open to small gatherings and hangouts, . I have a pomsky named Jinx who is friendly and well-behaved. Looking for someone who’s employed, easy to live with, and takes care of their space. Doesn’t have to be best friends, just good people.
