hi everyone, my roommate (27) and i (22) are looking for a third person to move in nov 1st ! we live in flushing, queens and our place is pretty spacious ! rent is $800 each + about ~$150 in utilities. we are looking for someone with a stable job, who is responsible, clean, and respectful. we would also love to hang out together, but of course give each other space ! id be more than happy to send pics or vids of the place to anyone interested (or set up a viewing) !! also i have two cats that mostly only stay with me so as long as you’re okay w cats thatd be great 😌 also being POC and LGBTQ friendly is a must.
