Relocating to the SD area and trying to figure out the living situation. Many places won't rent to me since I don't have income in California at this time. Making the rent won't be a problem though. I am in the process of interviewing for positions but having to fly in all the time is getting tedious.
I'm a CPA currently working in Accounting/Finance at a bank HQ in WA state. Once moved I'll be finding a similar job in SD.
