* 2100 sqft 4 bedroom house located in a safe quiet neighborhood in Seatac
* 4 bedrooms. 2 on upstairs and 2 downstairs. the room available to rent is downstairs
* 3 bathrooms full bathrooms. 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs
* Fully furnished living rooms on each floor. Both the downstairs and upstairs have their own living room and dining area and each living room has its own fireplace, couch/seating and a 65”inch smart tv.
* I will provide current photos of our living spaces for those actually interested in renting a room.
* Large kitchen located upstairs with bar seating that is completely opened to the living room dining area where we have a small dining room table/chairs . All appliances were newly purchased 2 years ago
* Full size washer and dryer in the garage which is accessible from downstairs. They also were purchased new 2 years ago.
* Plenty of parking. House is a corner lot so it’s very quiet and just a view of trees from all the windows (no uncomfortably close neighbors).
* Female only and must be within the age range of 23-33 (give or take). It’s for the best interest for everyone living here when we are all around the same age and gender
* No pets and that’s non negotiable. I will provide more information on pets to those who message and our interested
