Mc K H - $2,000/month

I'm looking to move to the city from Charlotte, NC no earlier than September and no later than November. I'll be going to the office 1-2 days per week in lower manhattan and WFH the rest of the time. I have an 11 year old, 15 pound King Charles Spaniel - he's an absolute angel, you won't even know he's around. Ideally would like to be friends with my roommate and someone who can show me around or explore the city with but open to living with someone who wants to keep to themselves too. I like to go out on the weekends and attend HH from time to time during the week.
