Looking for 2 roomies: cosy 3br apartment with garden access!

I have a room available in my new cosy apartment in Bushwick:)

The room (picture 2): 1100 USD- room in the "basement"- huge room, windows facing backyard where we get the afternoon sun so the room gets decent light in the afternoons too, private 0,5 bathroom. The stair to the basement is right next to the kitchen & there is a separate entrance directly to the basement.

Move in date: 1st of April.

Apartment itself:
- Backyard access- picture 9...Hope you like BBQs!
- Two common rooms: one for dining & one for sofa/tv (the other smaller space in the basement)
- Shared access to the roof )
- Really cosy, wooden floor, nice kitchen and bathroom.
- Central air
- 10min to Myrtle-Broadway st (M, J) & 10min walk to Morgan st (L)
- Utilities not included
- Unfurnished

The place is really lovely overall- lots of space, good location & really cosy vibes:) I just moved in 1st of March, the place is still very unfurnished hence me not having better pictures..

So far its me and Mark who are living at the apartment. Me: f/28 working for a tech company in the city, love to climb and do anything that involves being active and outdoors! Mark: m/31 working a barber, owns the cutest dog (mini australian sheppard) and loved to spend as much time as he can outside!
