Available Room for Rent

Looking for our next awesome addition!

Hi Friends!

We have a room opening up soon in our house in Camarillo! We’re a fun-loving household with our sh*t mostly together, and we're looking for someone awesome to join our little collective. We care about vibe and fit, not just filling a room — so if you're into creativity, community, and good energy, read on!

💫 Who We Are:
A house full of artists and doers:
- An engineer/makeup artist/hoop dancer and DJ-in-training
- A nanny/grad student/health enthusiast and baker of wonderful treats
- An amazing cook / aspiring chef and animal lover
- Two sweet, elderly rescue dogs

We're community-minded and creative — into music, dance, flow arts, festivals, making cool things, and uplifting each other. Daily life is chill but never boring. Some of us work 9–5, others have flexible schedules.

🌈 Who We’re Looking For:
- Preferably female, though open to all genders
- Single occupant is ideal
- LGBTQ+ friendly is a must
- Pets are tricky (we already have two large dogs), but we’re open to discussion if it feels right

We want someone kind, conscious, respectful, and fun — someone who will add to the flow of the house, not just rent a room.

🛏️ The Rooms:
There are still a few details to sort, but we will have one of the following openings around November:
- 1 standard size bedroom - estimated: 10' x 10' ($1100)
- 1 bigger bedroom with a big closet - 15.5' x 9.5' ($1200)
Both share a beautiful, recently remodeled bathroom with a fantastic soaking tub and great storage.
Rooms are unfurnished, but we could potentially furnish if needed. You'll also have full access to the rest of the house — kitchen, laundry, backyard, etc.

- A/C (rarely needed)
- Huge backyard with new patio + outdoor movie area
- Workout area with mirrors and some workout equipment, great for Flow arts, pilates, workout (and a built in workout buddy as well)

- Workshop + sewing area
- Plenty of street parking
- Seriously amazing housemates 😉

💵 Rent:
- $1000–$1200/mo depending on the room
- $100 flat rate utilities
- $1000 security deposit

We’re also open to discussing a rent discount or exchange for help with dog care and/or house tasks. Let’s chat if you’re interested in that!
