I am currently a tenant at this property and have 2 bedrooms available to rent immediately. I work overnights on the weekends, I do not smoke and don't party. Looking for roommates that are respectful of our shared space, can pay rent on time, clean up after themselves. The bathroom would have to be shared between the other 2 roommates. Shared living, dining, and kitchen. 2 car garage detached and free street parking. This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood and does have a neighborhood pool.
