I am a busy student-professional working two jobs (soccer coach & mechanic) while going to school full-time (high school science teacher). When I am not busy you can find me on my snowboard or mountain bike. I cook most of my meals and would enjoy to share some meals with a roommate. Looking for a roommate to finish out the lease (until June 30th) for a garden apartment in Sunnyside. The cross-street is 41st and Alcott in a quaint little neighborhood that is just a short bike ride from downtown (great for students). The space gets tons of light, has a small backyard, washer/dryer, dishwasher, shared bathroom, and extra storage space. Everything is furnished besides your room and I am willing to play tetris if you have some stuff you'd like to bring. Rent is $650 a month + utilities. To be approved you must make 3x the monthly rent and your credit score must be greater than 670.
