1,000 SF 2/2 apt in the heart of south beach. Modern and airy, you get your own room and bathroom, fully furnished (all you need is your personal items), california closet in your room, comfortable bed, etc.

This is my own apt so I furnished it with high quality items. Any need you may have will be taken care of immediately because I live in it and I'm the owner.

Walk everywhere....beach, restaurants, nightlife, Lincoln Road, super markets (Trader Joe's just opened in front of our building) and so much more.

We'll evenly split utilities, my monthly bill is $90 for high-def cable, $50 electric and $60 wifi (about $200 total)...so each of us would pay $100 in utilities give or take.

I rarely have people visiting, but from time to time a family member or friend may come. He/she would stay in my room and not bother you at all. My apt is a split bedroom apt so there's good privacy and you have your own bath room.

If parking is needed, I can get a spot for about $125/mo (other owners rent them)...my apt has one spot but I use it.

Price listed is for a year lease, but I'm open to month-to-month, 3 month, 6 month or a year.
