Quiet area in Pearland, TX. Spacious home with multiple areas that could house a roommate. Very friendly. The kids can and will interact with you. Prefer someone that's willing to make friends and maybe join on activities like going to the YMCA or parks. We love to read, learn, and play games. This would be a good fit for someone that likes a small social atmosphere and is willing to be best friends if things work out. Community oriented.
Shared space hangouts are cool, but also happy to respect space. We have a huge yard, gardens, and plenty of space for art/studio work. House has a functional feel with some vintage character.
Mom works as an consulting architect while the kids are at school. Summer schedule varies. We are awake around 630 and asleep around 1030.
