Hi! I am looking for someone to fill my second bedroom in a charming East Village/Alphabet City apartment. I’ve lived in this apartment for over 6 years and I love it.
The bedroom available has ample closet storage as well as overhead storage and lots of light. The apartment also has a big living room/dining area and a separate kitchen. No walls cutting into common areas were put up in order to create bedrooms, so each room feels private. There are two bathrooms (we each have our own), a washer/dryer in the apartment, a bedroom that I turned into a small home office/gym and a completely furnished living/dining area. The bedroom is not furnished.
The apartment is on the third floor of a well-kept walk-up building. There’s a huge roof deck with 360 degree views of the city with tables, benches and lots of sun in the summer!
I can be flexible on the move in date if need be. Preferably March 10-April 1st range.
