Our kitchen is fully equipped and there are brand new Washer and dryer at your entire disposal.

The building includes pool and a jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna, steam room, pool table & recreation room with arome coffee. Walking distance to Publix, Walgreens and Brickell City Center.

You will be sharing our home with myself and one other roommate. We're professionals in our 30's. We would like to find a flatmate that can add to our peaceful, CLEAN & POSITIVE atmosphere. Not specifically looking for male or female, but prefer a working professional.
