I am quiet, I keep things clean, and I pay my bills. I do not have much of a social life. I just exercise and work. I am not willing to have more than 1 roommate. I am not willing to have a roommate that hosts guests of any sort. I need my home space to be peaceful and clean. Sleeping at night is very important to me. Since attached living situations have been loud and poorly managed I am very opposed to moving into an apartment unless it’s occupied by mostly 55+ tenants. Ideally I would love to live in a house with a pool.
