Looking for someone to take over my lease until May 1st! Can resign with the other two roommates if you like then. The amenities are free until May 1!
Roommate 1: Travels a lot, you would share bathroom with him, very chill, mostly have it to yourself.
Roommate 2: consultant, he has the master with his bathroom, keeps to himself, nice guy
The building has an indoor renovated pool, gym, indoor and outdoor amenity spaces with conference rooms. Locker room by the gym has a sauna.
Warm fire place in the lobby for winter with a great doorman, dry cleaning is also in the lobby if you would like to take advantage.

Deposit: 100
Application fee: 60, would be added to lease so just need a couple bank statements and paystub for the leasing office. (You would work with them directly.) I found it pretty seamless. ☺️
