Hello! Looking to sublease 2 bedrooms in a spacious, modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house very close to Manor and Springdale. Monthly rent is $950 per room + utilities. The two available rooms are on the second floor and share one bathroom. Both rooms have window access onto the roof. They’re both roughly 11.5’x11.5’ for dimensions.

About the roommates:
We are a couple who shares the downstairs master bedroom and we have one cat.
26F attends med school, and 26M works in tech full-time from home. We’re both originally from Houston
26Ms interests: music production, climbing, yoga, cooking, queer culture, random creative stuff, biting our cat, anime, and TV
26Fs interests: cooking, roller skating, kissing our cat, queer culture, climbing, and TV
We're clean, 420 friendly (can’t smoke indoors though), and we enjoy having people over. LGBTQ+ and pet friendly!

Ideally looking for young professionals and new friends:)))

We have a full kitchen, fully furnished living room, huge cat tree, dining room, music studio, attached garage, a big backyard with a fire pit and planter boxes, air conditioning, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

House is a 3 min drive to HEB, 12 min drive to UT, and 15 min drive to downtown Austin. Move in after Jan 19th (flexible date), lease until May 22nd with the option of extending. We personally intend on staying until spring 2023, but you could probably continue here after. DM for questions/details!
