Looking for a responsible roommate
who only needs a bedroom (no other furniture). I live in a clean environment. No drugs, smoking or drinking at home.
I love to travel, especially cruises. I want a friendly, easy-going and respectful roommate who is Emotionally healthy and likes to laugh. I go to the Church of Rancho Bernardo and Politically, I am a Conservative so a Liberal is not a good match.

This is a 2 Bed/2Bath Dual Master Apartment
I have everything for sharing - furniture, dishes, small appliances, etc. All my roommate needs is her bedroom furniture and clothes!
Amenities galore: W/D in unit, Ceiling Fans, Cable ready, Garage/carport, Fitness Center, heated Pool, Spa, Media Room, Business Center, Clubhouse, Balcony, 1st floor, Night Patrol.
Looking for responsible female. I am over 55. Unit is not ready until June 10 and it is a 9 mo. lease. I will need a background check.
