1st floor of a 2 story building. Apartment is fully furnished and decorated. You would be added onto the current lease which ends December 16th. I like this apartment so I plan to stay another year and hope you will too.
The apartment is located next to Cherry Creek Reservoir off Parker Road. Easy access to 225 and I25. Close to grocery stores and plenty of different restaurants. Also right next to a bus stop and near the 225/Parker metrolink station.
You can purchase extra storage space in the complex closet spaces for 15$ a month or share some of my garage space. 50 dollars extra per month for a pet. There is a little dog park right down the parking lot from my building along with a pool, hot tub, and fairly nice fitness center that I regularly use.
