Room in Huge House with Pool

Hi, I have two rooms available for rent (the bigger one is an extra $50) in my huge home, SE Arlington, near Life Time Fitness and 20 mins away from UTA. The room (shared bathrooms) comes furnished with a queen bed, mattress, nightstand, desk, chair, dresser has a big closet. There is a washer & dryer on-site. You will have complete access to the home including the swimming pool.

Roommates are all very respectful, friendly and most importantly we keep the home clean (we clean weekly)! To move in you will need a $400 refundable deposit and $700 rent with bills included.

-I'm looking for someone that is clean, someone that would treat this place as their own. No pets, no drugs, no smoking in the house, I'm ok with a few friends over every now and then as long as it doesn't get out of hand

-Must be employed and must provide proof of employment (last two pay stubs). Unemployed students are welcome but with a full month refundable deposit.

-I will run a background check

-Month to month lease
