Two very nice female roommates in large 3-bedroom apartment.

Everything about this apartment and living here is excellent !
Living room is huge, bright, beautiful and has nice skylight. Excellent overhead lighting in every room in the apartment. High ceilings in every room make the whole apartment feel even larger. Very quiet room and apartment.
Large, fully furnished bedroom (10 X 13 feet) with high ceiling. Great natural light from two large windows, and excellent overhead lighting. Big closet: 6 feet wide hanging space plus shelving above. Furnished with bed frame, dresser, table & bookshelves. Room air conditioner.
Large kitchen. Nice counter space. Plenty of cabinet space, deep sink, fanned vent above stove and large kitchen window. Appliances all working perfectly. You can use my dishes, silverware, pots & pans, glasses/mugs, etc. Newer, larger microwave than the one in the photo.
Beautiful entrance to building. Apartment is on second floor, which is top floor. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Laundry just half block away (self-service or wash & fold service). Convenient to N (18th Ave station) and D (71st St. station) trains. Convenient to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, convenience stores, all major banks, and Chinese food market.
Two very nice female roommates. The apartment is a very large 3-bedroom. You will share the apartment with two very nice and very considerate, neat, quiet female roommates. If you are also considerate, reasonably quiet, neat in shared spaces, will not smoke in the apartment or inside the building, and pay your rent on time, this is a great place for you.
