Got out of the Marines about a year ago now I do general contracting in the realm of drywall and painting (means I can fix any holes in the wall) I'm easy to talk to and can give better advice than I follow. I have a 9 month old son but he won't be living there. I'll have him 1 day out of the week and at least every other weekend.
