I have lived on the Upper East Side for the last 10 years. I am female, work in fashion, and work long hours. I am clean, respectable, open to Male or Female roommates. I would ideally like to rent for a minimum of 3 months as early as 9/1 or a week or so earlier, I am mini flexible. I have no pets, but I am pet friendly, I do not drink or drug what-so-ever, but do not mind being around it. I may have someone over on a rare occasion but my social life is majority outside the apartment.
