I love doing things in the city: clubs, rooftop pools, restaurants, I love a good insta spot! I'm currently a door dasher, part of the creator fund on tik Tok, paid brand ambassador for swimwear, and selling my designs on Etsy while I continue applying for a job in my field which is fashion and interior design. Ive lived in the city before for my summer internship at Giorgio Armani and spent the past 2 winter breaks visiting my friends and working here.
I just graduated and am moving out of my college apartment at the end of this month (this week) I haven't been able to get a 12 month lease yet while I'm out of state since the market is so competitive. Trying to move in immediately.
Because its so last minute Im looking for 1 of two things:

A 12 month lease in Manhattan (anything below 100th st so I can commute to midtown for work) with a bedroom big enough for a queen bed and a closet if the room is small. I am ok with a flex room if your budget is higher! I am trying to stay around 1000/month if I can. Just a decent apartment in general that allows cats. Ive found several great apartments but having a hard time finding other girls to sign a lease before someone else rents the apartment first. I am mostly looking at 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments in the upper east side since thats where the best value for space and budget are, but I am interested in any area because the apartment is whats most important to me, not location.

Backup plan:
a room in Manhattan/Brooklyn for 2-3 weeks. can be unfurnished or furnished. just a place to crash while I tour apartments in person and have better luck finding one.
