Rent is $2300 total, with availability for two people to move in. With rent you get two private rooms and a bathroom, There is a two car garage that is primarily used for storage and working out, but can be rearranged to fit a car if needed. Water is included in rent, we spilt all other utilities.
The backyard has been a godsend this past year including a fire pit and raised garden I built. Pets are pending the landlords approval.
We are three blocks away from a trail that goes to golden and one block away from a park. 10-15 min drive to downtown and right off of I70 so the mountains and airport are an ease to get to.
