Convertible XL bed (6’ 8.5” Length x 34 inches Width), large desk/dining table, floor lamp, clothes hanger rack
Queen air mattress available if needed
Bed sheets are available if needed
The lamp over table, chair, couch, TV on the photo may be moved before your move-in

🛋️ Shared Space & Expectations:
Shoes off in all areas
Shared kitchen & bath (shower + tub, no dishwasher)
Use of non-food items in the kitchen is allowed (except espresso machine); French press available
Clean after cooking/eating
Biweekly room & bath cleaning required (tools provided)

High-speed WiFi & all utilities included
Window A/C is powerful and versatile

🏢 Building Rules:
No bikes in the apartment or elevator

If monthly roommate:
$2,100/month — Includes all utilities & furnishings
$2,100 refundable security deposit after move-out inspection
1st month rent + security deposit required to reserve the room.
E-mail receipt will be provided.
Rent is due every 31 days from the move-in date.
Rent payment via Zelle, Venmo, or money order (if no U.S. bank account) via Walmart or USPS.
1-month minimum stay for monthly roommate.
Month-to-month with flexible move-out — just provide 30 days’ notice.
