Hi hi -

I currently live in NYC and I am looking to move to SF after switching to a new company based in the city.

Move in date is flexible but I am looking for something in Dec/Jan timeframe at the moment. Also, I can be flexible on terms if something is available for less than a year for a sublet.

Generally a pretty quiet roommate as I listen to music on my headphones all the time but I am a late night snack fiend so you might hear me in the kitchen sometimes. I am gay, pet friendly, clean, minimalist, and enjoy socializing over a glass of wine from one my collections after work most days.

I can come with a fair amount of furniture including 70" TV, black modern L sofa bed, rugs, full kitchen, and more. Or I can bring a bed and call it a day if that's all we need.
