Hi! I'm a college student attending The New School, studying journalism and design, and I'm looking for housing for the upcoming school year. I'm responsible, clean, respectful, and focused on school and work. In addition to being a full-time student, I work in marketing and branding for an events company in Manhattan.

I'm hoping for a July 1st move-in, but I currently live only about an hour upstate, so I can be flexible with timing and am available to come see the place whenever is convenient.
