Hi I’m tiana, I’m relocating from Pennsylvania. I have signed a lease for an apartment near Miami shores for July move in. The rent is 1325individual + electric. Fully furnished as well and it’s a year lease I am looking for an roommate. I do have a cat but she pretty much stays to herself so someone who is okay with pets. I am very outgoing, energetic and kind. I do love to go out and explore new places I am very much an extrovert. I’m hoping to be roommates with someone who I can be good friends with. I am in the restaurant industry. Drama free and clean.

Currently looking for a roomate for September for a 6 months to a year lease we would both sign. This is a 2 bed 1 bath I have been living in the past year. Fully furnished as well. The location is perfect it’s right off 69th st on Biscayne Blvd 8 mins from midtown about 15 from brickell and downtown & 20 from the beach. The bedroom is very spacious and has plenty of storage with drawers under the bed, the dressers and the closet. The rent is $2,650 so we would each pay $1,325 per month fully furnished ALL utilities included which is cable, Wi-Fi, water, and more we ONLY pay for electric. I do have two cats I would prefer someone who isn’t allergic to cats and can respect mine. I’m very clean and respectful of boundaries as well as I’m not always home due to work and the fact that I love exploring Miami. Feel free to message to chat further or see the room.
