Currently looking for a roomate for September for a 6 months to a year lease we would both sign. This is a 2 bed 1 bath I have been living in the past year. Fully furnished as well. The location is perfect it’s right off 69th st on Biscayne Blvd 8 mins from midtown about 15 from brickell and downtown & 20 from the beach. The bedroom is very spacious and has plenty of storage with drawers under the bed, the dressers and the closet. The rent is $2,650 so we would each pay $1,325 per month fully furnished ALL utilities included which is cable, Wi-Fi, water, and more we ONLY pay for electric. I do have two cats I would prefer someone who isn’t allergic to cats and can respect mine.
