Looking for someone to fill 1 bedroom in a quiet 3 Bed, 2 Bath located in prime Prospect Heights.

The bedroom easily fits a full size bed and has a huge closet with built in shelving. I currently have a dresser, desk, and short shelving unit in here as well.

The common areas are furnished with a couch, large TV, PS4, XBOX, and record player. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher, full size fridge, and tons of storage.

You would share a recently renovated bathroom with 1 roommate. This bathroom has a full tub and has the unit's washer & dryer.

The apartment is in amazing location in a great neighborhood. Easily accessible from the 2/3, 4/5, and B/Q trains, it's just a short walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and all the great restaurants and shops on Vanderbilt, Flatbush, and Washington.

We recently re-signed our lease and the roommates are looking for someone to sign on for the remaining 10 months of the lease. Heat & hot water included, so you only pay for electric and wi-fi which comes out to be about $80 per month. The roommates are two men in their mid-late 20s and are comfortable with anyone as long as they are respectful of the space and not a big smoker.
