Tyler O T - $2,000/month

Hi I'm Tyler and I'm moving to NYC this summer from Dallas! I'm going up to the city in late May to find a place but will probably move in around late June/early July. I'm hoping to live in West Manhattan (Midtown & Chelsea area) because I'll be working in Hudson Yards.
A little about me: while I work in finance, I'm also a pretty artistic person. I'm smart, love reading, baking, painting, plants, rock climbing, and being as eco conscious as I can. I'm pretty Type A so I like common spaces to be clean. I'm very kind and a bit introverted, so I'm cool with you having people over but just give me a quick heads up! I also have two friendly & elderly 10 lbs non-shedding dogs who never leave the couch. I already have modern furniture for the common area so you would only need stuff for your room. I'm also very LGBTQ+ friendly.
