I am pretty laid back and don't have a ton of guests. I am artsy, outdoorsy, and I love to cook. I am not a huge smoker or drinker, but I have no opposition to it. (Cigarettes are another story, though.) I am generally gone during normal work hours and home in the evenings.

The space is a good size and split level. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have their own attached bathrooms. Downstairs is fully furnished. There is a small backyard space and limited outdoor storage. 10 minutes from the Domain, ~20-25 minutes from UT Campus, biking distance from ACC Northridge.
Unfortunately, due to past issues, I can't have another pet here. I do have three cuddly cats, though so you definitely won't miss a furry friend around.
