This apartment is in an amazing location in the heart of nolita/soho on the second floor. It is above the famous restaurant Ruby’s cafe and a couple doors down from the infamous Rubirosa. The 4,5,6, N, Q, R, F, W, B, D, C and E lines are all super close walking distance to the apartment! The room is perfectly sized, and we also have a fully furnished outdoor deck belonging to this apartment only! Our living room is also spacious. We have an in-unit washer/dryer and a new dishwasher as well as an electric stove top. Both internet and ConED are split monthly. If you have any other questions feel free to reach out.
