Hi! My name is Courtney and I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment. I am 30 years old and have lived in NYC for ten years and still feel like there is so much more I’d like to do! . I moved here to go to NYU College of Dentistry and stayed here ever since! I love the beach and the mountains, enjoy trying new restaurants, playing with my dog, spending time with friends and family and so much more! Looking forward to getting to know my future roomate!

This apartment is in an amazing location in the heart of nolita/soho on the second floor. It is above the famous restaurant Ruby’s cafe and a couple doors down from the infamous Rubirosa. The 4,5,6, N, Q, R, F, W, B, D, C and E lines are all super close walking distance to the apartment! The room is perfectly sized, and we also have a fully furnished outdoor deck belonging to this apartment only! Our living room is also spacious. We have an in-unit washer/dryer and a new dishwasher as well as an electric stove top. Both internet and ConED are split monthly. If you have any other questions feel free to reach out.
